1. Finality of Transactions

GiftZO operates as a direct gift card purchasing platform. Once you submit a voucher code, it is verified, and the corresponding payout is credited to your wallet or bank account, the transaction is **final and non-refundable**. You cannot request the return of your gift card code or reverse the transaction.

2. Declined & Invalid Cards

If a gift card submitted to the Platform is declined during verification due to:

  • An incorrect code or PIN structure.
  • The card already having been redeemed or used.
  • The card being locked, inactive, or not activated at the merchant register.
  • A balance mismatch (e.g., submitting a ₹500 code as a ₹5,000 code).

In any of the cases above, the transaction will be canceled. No payout will be issued, and the card status will be marked as "Declined" in your transaction history. The reasons will be shared in your dashboard.

3. Verification Disputes

If you believe your gift card was valid and was wrongly declined by our system, you have the right to file a dispute.

  • Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction submission.
  • To file a dispute, you must provide proof of purchase of the gift card (such as a physical store receipt or email receipt showing the serial number and activation status).
  • Disputes can be submitted through our WhatsApp support channel or by emailing support@giftzo.in.

4. Failed Payout Retries

If a payout to your bank account or UPI ID fails due to incorrect credentials, bank downtime, or receiver limits:

  • The pending amount is not lost. It remains securely in your pending or available wallet balance.
  • You will receive a notification prompting you to verify or update your UPI ID or Bank Details.
  • Upon updating the credentials, our system will automatically attempt the payout transaction again.

5. Payout Delays & Processing Windows

While we process most payments in 15 minutes, payouts may occasionally be delayed during weekends, public holidays, or during bank API maintenance. Please wait at least 6 hours before contacting support for a delayed payout, as bank networks often clear pending transfers automatically within this window.
