• Contact Details: Email address and phone number.
• Payment Payout Details: UPI IDs, bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and account holder names.
• Transaction Data: Gift card brand, card value, voucher codes, and PINs.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, and cookie data for authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver our services and maintain platform integrity:

• To verify the validity and balance of the gift cards you sell.
• To process and transfer your payout funds to your specified UPI or bank account.
• To prevent fraud, double-spending, and malicious activities on our Platform.
• To provide instant support through WhatsApp and Email channels.

3. Guest Account Data Storage

If you utilize a temporary guest account, your login tokens and transaction records are stored in your device's local browser storage (such as LocalStorage). GiftZO does not back up guest accounts on permanent servers. If you clear your browser cookies, reset your browser, or lose your device, your guest account and any pending balance will be lost permanently. We strongly advise upgrading to a permanent registered account to safeguard your records.

4. Data Retention & Sharing

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to complete transactions and comply with legal requirements under Indian financial regulations. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted banking partners to issue payouts, and with law enforcement agencies if a transaction is flagged as fraudulent or illegal.

5. Security Measures

Your gift card details and payment information are encrypted during transit using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Administrative access to raw card details is restricted to authorized personnel who perform verification checks.

6. Your Rights & Choice

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data from our systems. If you wish to delete your transaction records or permanently close your account, please email our support desk at support@giftzo.in. Note that records related to completed payouts must be retained for a statutory period under Indian tax laws.
